New this week: Gravity Heroes and more!

Our supply of summer and heat puns is slowly drying up, and the season is barely halfway through! It’s okay, we’re sending you to some new locations this week as well. First up, we have the inventive, futuristic arcade shooter Gravity Heroes for you. Don’t feel like taking off to the future? There is always the mystical, witchy world of Witchcraft: The Lotus Elixir, or a trip eastwards in Four Seasons Around the World: Spring in Japan! Fasten your seatbelts, we’re about to take off.

Gravity Heroes

What’s at the root of this chaotic robot uprising? It’s up to you to figure that out, but you’ve got a number of arcade-y, 2D platform shooter levels standing in your way. Gravity Heroes is a breath of fresh air for the retro genre, with clean pixel art and inventive gameplay. Careful though; that same gameplay may take a minute to get used to, but it’s pretty darn cool. One of the main mechanics of the game is the ‘Gravity Shifter’ which lets you explore the level horizontally, vertically, diagonally, and even upside-down! Trippy, but worth it.

Get ready to dart around the screen and beat down enemies ranging from the puniest ‘Synthetics’ to the biggest, most screen-filling boss-bots!

Witchcraft: The Lotus Elixir

Are you ready to become a witch apprentice? Think carefully, because you’ll have your work cut out for you. Do you have much of a choice? Maybe. Maybe not. If you want to save your friend, you will have to embark on a dangerous hidden object adventure to gather all the ingredients for the Lotus Elixir. Explore the magical and mysterious world of Witchcraft: The Lotus Elixir and, who knows, you may find that you are naturally gifted!

Four Seasons Around the World: Spring in Japan

In Four Seasons Around the World: Spring in Japan, you travel around Japan as a journalist in search of love! This match-3 game might as well be a match-making game, because both the culture and lost love get romanticized. Collect souvenirs, learn how to make sushi or write kanji in some of the many minigames, and get a closer look at all the things this beautiful country has to offer.
